so I've only lost 5#s a month for the last month. I know that the reason for that is because I've been slacking off on exercise.
As of today, I'm going to make sure that I'm getting 1/2 a day, even if it is only 2-15 minute walks.
Christmas will be easy because I'll be at my sister's, and she got a Wii after her visit to me.
