Well, I've realized not getting enough calories in has been part of my difficulty with not having enough milk supply (I'm breastfeeding). It's still somewhat erratic, but for the most part I've been getting at least 3 meals in... for a while there I was only having 2 meals a day (before I got back into charting and realized what was going on) on account of sleep deprivation and not making eating a priority. People talk about being ravenous while breastfeeding, but I didn't have that experience. Probably because my milk took so long to come in and I've been producing so little for so long.

At any rate, I've also noticed a small jump in my weight with starting to eat and exercise a little more. Gotta find a balance with my food.

Also... need to work on drinking more water this week. Both for milk supply and to avoid hanging on to water weight.
