Just turned 40 and had a great birthday week with Chris in Miami and Aruba. Time to get back on the wagon. I am back to 145 lbs so I need to get back down to 135. Going to cut out added sugar and alcohol for at least 30 days to kick start things again. Will also be working out as usual.
