I can do better
253.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be to hard on yourself every loss is a step in the right direction and some weeks there will even be a gain but such is life this isx really a great site were you will meet great buddies

Don't feel bad A. I only lost 400g and moved 3cm to a different place. LOL. You guys are losing consistently which is good
