No, it wasn't Halloween candy. :( It was being too busy with family obligations over the weekend with Halloween preparations etc, to really be able to keep to my diet well. I did not eat fast food, but I did eat more than I should have.
Most of what I ate on the weekend I did not have dietary information for, and did not have time to sit down at
www.nutritiondata.com to figure it out, which is why I did not record any of it. Also, I do not have access to a scale when I am not at work, so cannot weigh in. Clearly, my weekends are going to be my weakness.
I am proud of myself for having had almost no candy, but feeling discouraged that I didn't keep my losing trend over the weekend.
I'll just try harder next weekend to eat less and eat well. Things that are colorful, in season, and local. Maybe that should be my weekend mantra? I think I definitely need a rule to follow on the weekend to help keep me on track.
