I had a raging battle with fatigue and Halloween candy in my house. Typically, I try to keep temptations away from my home. I still lost weight, and did weigh in on Sunday, even though I didn't get it recorded until Tuesday.
This week is going better. I'm back on track with recording my food choices. I am using up some steel cut oatmeal that I have added craisins to each morning for breakfast. I use 4 oz of oatmeal and calculate that there is probably less than 1/4 cup of craisins in the mix. I heat it in the microwave and then ad 1/4 cup of 2% milk. I'm frugal enough that I am trying to use the milk I have. I will buy skim milk next time I go to the grocery.
