I had no access to the internet this last few days. I was having withdrawls from FatSecret :) I have been doing well but not having time to do great. I am getting on it hard today and not letting up til I am not fat in pictures and on the scale anymore. Happy Tuesday
184.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
