Oh, help me, I can't resist the Halloween candy!!!!!! :) My faves: Butterfinger and 3 Musketeers!!!

1788 kcal Fat: 46.04g | Prot: 87.84g | Carb: 270.23g.   Breakfast: Egg Beaters - Original, Black Forest Ham, Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer, IGA BRAN FLAKES, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch: Pretzel Crisps, American Singles, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Light Wheat Bread. Dinner: cornbread, kraft parmesan cheese, squash, PK's White Bean Chili. Snacks/Other: snickers fun size, fun size 100 grand , Milky Way (Fun Size), Butterfinger Bar (Fun Size), 3 Musketeers (Fun Size), 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). more...

I know the feeling. It's hard to resist. Allow yourself one portion as dessert after dinner, and no more. Record it. Don't have any more each day. That way you'll stretch out the treats over a long time.

Skinny Cow is making candy bars now.. they have a Milk Chocolate Crisp and Peanut Butter Crisp that might satisfy you Butterfinger craving and they have milk chocolate and dark chocolate Dreamy Clusters that are really good (I luv dark chocolate!) And of course, they have a Chocolate Truffle icecream bar for only 100 calories that taste great! I try not to indulge on these too much, maybe once a week as a reward for being good, but it DOES feel like a reward and you're STILL being good!
