Meat fast was easy. No hunger pain. Also TOM, but no bloating and no IBS symptoms. Probably due to meat fast. Adding back veggies slowly. Although I had 2 ounces of whole wheat pasta and cabbage for dinner. My body was craving something. I guess pasta is better than a Honey Bun. Also ate way to many deviled eggs during meat fast. Starting clean induction today.
