Stats this morning from June: Weight - 239.0 (down .6lbs) Chest - 43" (down 1") Left Arm - 15.5" (up .5") Right Arm - 16" (up 1") Waist - 42.5 "(down .5") Hips - 47" (no change) Left Thigh- 24.5" (down 1") Right Thigh - 25" (down .5")

#Workout - Kenpo X. *Left upper arm - tricep area - still have pain when I exercise that muscle area. When I don't exercise my arms, it doesn't hurt. Guess the tricep strain is still there. Monitoring it. #Healthymeal -- Breakfast: 1 waffle with 1 tsp honey, 1 cup fresh strawberries, and 2 hard boiled eggs.
