so yesterday i had a so so day... work was crap all day but cookies were going around the office and i didnt have any...they were tripple chocolate as well....! in the evening my friend and i hade a movie night in and we had a curry...the cals in my portion were beyond this world(1200) BUT i do not count this as falling off the wagon in any way at all as i know there will be situations where you will go over your calories and it is not often or on a regular basis and i am fully aware of what i am doing. It doesnt mean that today i have woken up and gone oh i had that curry so now i might as well have a mcdonalds and pizza galore. I have woken up and think the same way i did yesterday..

tonight i am going out...i really dont want to. would rather be at home and have the chance to do zumba and relax!on top of that am busy busy busy all day!!
