We all know that choices can make us or break us .. You made the choice to go out and have a good time knowing that it was going to tip the scale a bit. And, now you have the fabulous memory of the event. BUT now you just have to make the choice to get back to work to reach those awesome goals you've set for yourself. The choice of how you attack today is completely up to you.
Get back to your workout/lifestyle change and know that you can allow yourself an indulgence every once in a while. ;)
