I had three homemade chocolate chip cookies last night. They tasted as good as I remembered, but my stomach started to feel sick after I ate them. I don’t think my body is responding well to that much sugar. I never felt like that before. Maybe if I fit sweets into my meals again, I will think of smaller portions to I don’t get sick. I am starting to LOVE the veggies, and the whole grains/oats, and black coffee…
