Hello FatSecret people!

I had a particularly good work out with my physical therapist today. I always have a different therapist it seems, and this time I kind of took some liberty because she was having to deal with two patients at the same time. At some point she put me on the "arm bike" machine for two sets of minutes of push and then pull. I upped the difficulty when she walked away :D.

I know that I'm an evil patient, but she had been babying me the entire time. She had made an assumption that my pain was directly related to me rushing into exercise at too fast of a pace, when in reality I hadn't been exercising because I was afraid it would make the pain worse. I might had over done it Sunday with a few of the shoulder exercises, I realize I've lost some mass and cannot lift as much, but it was a worthy learning experience and as soon as I knew it was a no go I stopped without seriously hurting myself.

The back isn't because I did too much too fast, it is because my spine is twisted and curved. The belief is the cause of that is because of strength differential between each side and bad posture. If that's the case, I'll stand up straighter and work out more!

Still, feel pumped right now. Haven't been in this good of a mood in a while!
