Thurs. 10/21 - 8 min treadmill 4mph! Goal for month reached - wonder if it is better to increase speed or go for a longer time
Sun 10-24 - 10 min treadmill 4mph before workout, 5 min after, really seemed to hit a stride...it didn't kill me (and maybe didn't suck?)
