Haven't been on here for a while to record a journal entry and I havent been putting in my food for a couple weeks. I've been working out like crazy how ever, because I haven't been eating GREAT (i've been okay) I'm having a couple weeks of up and down. I was down to 267.8 a couple weeks ago and that was the lowest I had ever been, but I guess I had a bad week eating wise the following week and ended up gaining 4lbs, I've now lost 2 of those 4lbs I can only hope that this little plateau will not last much longer. I intend on keeping to my diet and continuing with my working out.
