THE SCALE (oh how I loathe thee): says I've gained a pound again but I put my pants on to take my fur baby for a walk - they are getting smaller and smaller. I'm going to need another pair soon. I hate spending the money on plus size jeans. I usually order them online (agoraphobia) but by the time they get here they are too small! I might get the brand I'm currently wearing again in 2 sizes to small if I can find it. I also need yoga/work out pants with deep pockets or extra pockets. Would be so helpful.
I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, better too small than too big, right? Eek!
I hope everyone is doing well this weekend and if anyone wants to be FitBit friends, let me know! It may not be the most accurate thing in the world but it keeps me motivated. The challenges are fun - keeps me moving. ;)
Shine on, beautiful and strong people of FS! xoxo

I break out after eating a food I am sensitive to. In my case, potatoes. I keep a detailed and accurate food journal and that helps. Typical allergens include wheat, dairy, eggs.

Sudocream - use sparingly - helps with inflamation and redness.

So sorry to read about your skin problem. I hope that there is no connection. How discouraging it would to try. To eat healthier and develop another health problem. And what you are experiencing sound so awful. Maybe you should google weight loss and your skin condition and see what online doctors say since your doctor was no help. That is always my next step.
