Day 3 -5145135 -- Workout Dirty 30 and tricep dips (modified) - 20 Day 4 - 5145135 - Workout Moon Salutations (skimble) and Just Keep Running (skimble). Got in my 2nd 30 minute run for my challenge created on this site. Did 4 very sad gorilla crawls (look it up).
Alternating yoga between 21 day fix workouts seems to help loosen up the bolts.
