I have tweaked my diet and trying to eat healthier. Currently reading Eat Fat Get Thin book so I'm hoping to get some good tips from this book. I have lost more than 1 pound since I began my weight loss journey but I didn't sign up with this site until just a couple of months ago. I've been on this weight loss journey for a while now. Have tried several diets and exercise routines but nothing has really worked for me. I'm really hoping that I can get the help that I need from Dr. Hymann's book.

The books got a lot of good information, good for healing a damaged metabolism. I joined his beta study group while he was researching the book. I didn't stick with it long term though, because I tired of the green smoothy. I'm still on high fat, low carbs though. The basics of that approach is working for me. Good luck with your on-going progress! At our age, it's a challenge!

am going to look the book up. have watched' that sugar film'and he lives that life, will give you the details below.....will be trying this kind of diet out, it is a lot healthier than processed "low fat" foods
