So.... I suck at putting in my calorie intake, I have been on and off with my eating. I did however lose another pound. Which of course is always an exciting thing to do.... Which is what this app is for. If anyone needs someone to talk to... I'm here!(: also could I get some comments below on what has been working for you with your diets? If you have any healthy recipes that I can try also comment below! Or any suggestions at all! Thank you! And keep moving forward!
