I Like my Pepperoni Omelet so much I had it again for lunch...Need to get in the routine of thawing out a few days worth of meat to have at the ready in the fridge for meals though...pepperoni was about all I had to choose from...LOL.
Always left that up to my wife before...but now I need to take command of my own needs...Guess I'm in big boy pants now...LOL
