Doing well. Following the plan and very motivated. I have lost 10.5 pounds in the 3 weeks on the plan. Starting week 4 and want to break that 250 mark this week. I really want to lose 50 pounds by March. I have met 20% of my goal! Moving onto the next 10 pounds.
250.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi I am new to this website. I started my WW journey 3yrs ago this upcoming Jan. I wasn't sure it would work. However, I lost 106 lbs and have maintained for nearly 18months. Continue to stick with the program. You can do it! I am proof!!!
