So, mini goal I am going to try and focus for, is loosing 30lbs by January. We are going to see family we don't see but once a year, and I am tired of always being the largest person there.

Back in 2012 after the Dukan Diet, I weighed 135-140lbs. When I saw the family, they were soooo amazed, and I actually felt like I could blend in/fit in. Since then I have steadily gained weight, until 2014 where I really put it on. I'm tired of feeling so self-conscious and uncomfortable in my clothes.

So! January! I am going to meet this mini goal, and be able to wear the clothes in my closet once again.
