So, mini goal I am going to try and focus for, is loosing 30lbs by January. We are going to see family we don't see but once a year, and I am tired of always being the largest person there.
Back in 2012 after the Dukan Diet, I weighed 135-140lbs. When I saw the family, they were soooo amazed, and I actually felt like I could blend in/fit in. Since then I have steadily gained weight, until 2014 where I really put it on. I'm tired of feeling so self-conscious and uncomfortable in my clothes.
So! January! I am going to meet this mini goal, and be able to wear the clothes in my closet once again.

Finally buckling down and doing this thing. I am so sick and tired of being sick and tired. I have yo-yoed so many times over the years, trying the Dukan Diet (which was a success, and I was able to keep the weight off for 2.5 years) diet pills in my early 20's, and anorexic in early high school.
My depression surfaced quite intensely back in 2014, and I gained all the weight I had lost + some. Now I have it under control, and I want to feel good again. Looking at old pictures makes me want it so badly.
I will do this the healthy way for once, eating well, exercising regularly, and loosing weight slowly I am sure.
I have an uphill battle ahead with exercise, my wrists won't support me for push ups etc, my knees are very weak and I can not do any type of squat. I have modified a lot of exercises, and since I am so out of shape, even the modified wear me out. Someday soon I hope to be able to continue my Yoga practice, once my wrists and knees can support me.
