Good morning Friday. Where've you been? You've been missed!
Went for a walk last night when other plans fell through. Wasn't really long, about a mile, but better than sitting home. Food was on plan also minus the peanuts. I was needing salt apparently. I logged them and they fit into my carb allowance for the day and didn't pause anything so I'm glad about that.
Another busy day today at work, so glad I get to sit at home to do it though. I'm blessed and I know it. Next week I have to go to the office. It always puts me at least on pause. I'm going to see what I can do between now and then to get ahead a little to make up for it.
Tomorrow I get to spend with my mom - Chocolate Museum and then lunch! :) Making sure I remember to treasure my time with her and really focus. Our relationship has changed to mostly friendship at this point and I enjoy spending time with her. Not everyone can say that, so again, I know I'm blessed.
