I don't know if cutting my meds in half and taking them twice a day instead of a full dose in the morning, just the fact that I added muscle so in turn am burning more calories or that I have really watched my carb intake but something is finally happening as far as weight loss. 22 days until my next scan at the gym and I am confident that I will meet all the goals I set.
