I was reading back over the journal entry I made November 29 and I am ready after yesterday to start over again and stick to it this time. I joined a few challenges, one being 40 oz. of water a day, 10 pushups and 10 situps a day. It was a little challenge, but I need little challenges to get on track. So my challenge to me is to just that - get on track, do the little things and work toward the big things. Mostly, I need to learn to love me and realize I am worth it. Somewhere along the way I have lost that feeling, so if anyone has any good reads on how to find ME again, and love ME again, I would love to be pointed in the right direction.
