Ok, so things haven't been too bad, I think perhaps I've overestimated my calorie reduction for the last few days but definitely I'm moving in the right direction I have managed to restrain the drinking, managed to restrain the eating (tonight will not be good as its a "cocktail party" with work)and I've kept the exercise up even going for a road run today of 5.5km (3.7m for the colonials) because I was too late for the gym, so we'll see if I've lost any weight when I weigh myself on Saturday. I'm not sure if I will have because of a cheeky weigh in this week which gave the same result as last week but hey I know that I will have lost at least a pound!!!
