I tried. I tried to talk myself out of the Klondike bar. I failed. I tried to make healthier selections at snack time. I nailed it in the morning with the dannon light and fit yogurt. But lunch time came, and desert was included. It was Klondike bar day. :(

Jm, I have noticed in the past, when you start your morning out with something sweet, it seems to increase the desire for something sweet later in the day. Try starting your morning with something more substantial and filling than milk sugar and fruit and see if your sugar cravings subside. It might make your ability to just say no a little stronger.
