So I'm right on schedule with my planned October weight loss goal. It's October 17th and I weigh 178. My next weigh in is this Friday and the goal is to weigh in at 176 or lower. I think I'm going to surpass that for sure. If I can get to 174 I'd be ecstatic. 4 lbs in 5 days sounds like a lot but I'm running 4 miles every other day at a track and doing something like Zumba or the elliptical at the gym every day I'm not running. I'm prepping for a 10k in January so I'm really focused on running. In addition, a "break-up" diet has gotten me down and with a small appetite recently :-(
