Day 4, started with a headache but I'm not playing. Popped the ibuprofen and having a cup of coffee, will up a bit of salt and liquids to see if that helps. Grateful I made a massage appointment a couple weeks ago. I think I'll need it today. Day 4 is traditionally the toughest when making the switch back to low carb so I've been preparing for it. Hoping it will go smoothly. I actually got so busy last night with helping someone that I forgot to eat. Added a bit of cheese to get my stomach moving this morning and will stay on track.
