Need to focus more on water. Since the Holiday only averaging 8-10 glasses a day. I don't loose weight unless I'm over 14 glasses/day.

WOW! 14 glasses a day? I thought I was doing well to drink 8! I'll have to try to up my water intake. Also, lately I've been fudging by having a diet coke for lunch. I probably need to cut that out again.
