OK, I'm going to try this again. Hopefully I will stick to the plan. Right now the plan is a little unclear so therefore, for this week, I am going to work on clarifying just exactly what the plan is! One thing is for sure: portion control and increased awareness of calorie counts along with more disciplined exercise program which incorporates some muscle training which I've been neglecting for months. Apparently cardio is not enough! and I need to tone up.
