Mrsphark's Journal, 15 October 2011

Well this is my first entry. Sometime in September I had to go to urgent care because I was sick, I was asked to step up on the scale and my weight was 291 lbs. I could not believe it, could not believe how much I let myself go. I decided to do something about it because there is no way I can continue to live with myself like this, I have never weighed this much in my entire life. All I saw in myself is how disgusting I am how unbelieveably fat and nasty I am. it has been over 2 weeks now and I have not lost as much as I would like to have lost but I am working on it. I was at a 9 lb loss then I gained a little more than a pound back, I was ready to just give it up. Trying to change the way I eat is too hard, but I am going to keep sticking with it. It has been over 2 and 1/2 weeks since I have ate any fastfood. today I had a diet pepsi which I should not have had, that was the first one in over a week, usually I drink water. I have been taking vitamins and today I entroduced extra B12 since it gives energy. I really need to work on my fat intake I would like to keep it 20 grams and below but I am not sure if its a good thing or not. I am not really sure how much is good enough. This counter says I should be taking in 2800 calories but that seems like way to much so I have been trying to keep it 1500 calories and below. I realy don't know what else to say for now so I am out.

I hope it works out. It is a very hard process but be strong and stick with it. I feel like giving up a lot of days but then all I need to do is take a quick look at myself and remember why I am doing this...I sure will add you all I need to do is figure out how.
