The awesome changes I've noticed since I've lost weight:
**I can walk without my cane!!! :) :) :) (This was a BIG one) **I can sleep without the 30 degree inclined bed wedge at night. **I can see my feet again when I stand up and look down! **I can sit and tie my shoes without feeling like my head is going to explode from the pressure placed on it by trying to reach over my stomach! **I can sit in those cheap plastic patio chairs that my church has in some classrooms without having to stuff myself in them and be embarrassed when I stand up by taking the chair with me. **I can sit on my riding lawn mower's way-too-small contoured seat without sliding off while mowing a hill. **I can sit on the floor again without my legs going numb. **All my pants are loose or too big. **All my shirts are loose and showing a little definition at my waist. **Bras are a little loose...not as great a thing, but I'll still take it. **I have tons more energy! **No more chest pains. **No more heartburn. **No more digestion problems. **No more high blood glucose readings. **No more high blood pressure readings. **I CAN BREATHE EASILY AGAIN!!!!!!
I am so thankful for all these things. I feel so much better, and the more I lose, the more I want to succeed at getting completely healthy. Once again, I give God the glory, because without His strength, I couldn't do this.
