Following Atkins, but not eating enough vegetables. Gotta work on that. Finally below 150 again (149.5, but hey, it's below!). Need to go to store and get some broccoli and salad stuff so that I get more vegetables in my eating plan. It's a work in action, but my clothes are definitely looser!
149.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know how you feel about being below 150 ... I just keep thinking 5 more pounds .... I broke my big goal into 5 lb little goals... And Im just curious where do you get the hood Chocolate and what is it? IM assuming its a milk .. cause Im really hungry for chocolate milk but dont wanna waste the carbs on it.....

Faith, get the Atkins shakes. That really really fills the want for chocolate milk. Bk-congrats on that milestone...those little things help motivate us.
