It's been a while since I've posted. I'm teaching music now because our regular music teacher is on maternity leave so I'm filling in for her 4 days a week. I did this last year too and gained 8 lbs from it. Lost it over the summer. But I don't want to repeat that cycle. The break room is stocked with sweets. This time I have a hard line on it. I don't have any, ever, "don't get started" because if I have a little, I'll keep coming back. I think the work on my habits last month is paying off. I'm staying steady and it is feeling a little easier to do. Killing the night time snacking habit was huge. limiting beer and wine to 2 drinks (or 4 1/2 glasses) a week helps. I also switched from lattes to French press black. Seems like a small thing but I have it every day so lowering the cals on that is giving me more flexibility. So I'm hoping I can stay steady this time.
