My first time trying 16:8 IF this week and I think I'll try to keep it going on week days for the rest of the month. Pity I couldn't do it on Tuesday and today again (although I'm waiting till noon to eat, but will be eating crap for the rest of the day as we have family visiting - comfort food). Not that hard so far though - only yesterday I couldn't wait for noon and I seemed to be a bit grumpy on Wednesday morning, but it could have been any number of factors.
Only did 2 hours of exercise so that's 6 so far for the month. My target is 16 so hopefully will do 1 or 2 more over the weekend. Also set up my treadmill again so doing some cardio and throwing in a few intervals of jogging instead of just walking and so far so good. Tired of the scale hovering around 68 forever - would love to get to 65 before summer comes, but it seems that last 3 kilos is just not shifting. Also only managed my mini meal-prep on Wednesday so now have spicy thai butternut soup to enjoy for next week - love it with half an avo for lunch. Have a good weekend all!
