I don't know that I have much to say but I wanted to check in. A co-worker asked me again about my diet. She also has IBS and is impressed both by my weight loss and also by the fact that I have cured mine. I hope she takes the plunge.
I'm headed off to two conferences back to back. Funny, I'm not worried about food this time. I guess I have traveled enough and been successful enough to have faith that I can find things to eat. And the first conference is down in Monterey which I know very well. I will still eat at Rosine's but I will not eat the mile high German chocolate cake. LOL I used to buy a slice to go the first day of the conference and have a bit of it for breakfast each morning all week. I missed Internet Librarian last year from being sick so I'm really looking forward to catching up on new things and seeing the other "regulars". This is the 15th annual and I have been to probably 10 years of them.
Then I'm driving on down to BlizzCon, the World of Warcraft (and other games by Blizzard Entertainment) in Pasadena. My daughter lives down there so I hope she can have coffee or a meal with me. And I expect to meet quite a few net friends that I have never met in RL before. Always fun.
I will have my laptop and expect to be around FS. But if I get quiet you'll know why.
