Welcome aboard. I've lost 40 + pounds since January and have not exercised much. I am just trying to walk as far as I can. I'm up to 1 mile finally. I have osteo arthritis in one knee and COPD. my walking is contingent on weather. We've had a week of rain. I think my diet is the first factor, exercise second. As I lose weight, my breathing has improved. I hope my interest in exercise will too.

I have to get up from this computer now. I can't sit for long periods of time because my feet and ankles will sometimes swell and I sometimes get pain in my back. Have to move. Talk to you all later.
