Ashley Sewards's Journal, 27 April 2016

Just had a 20 minute sweat session. Got my heartbeat up a little bit. Feeling pretty good about that. For the past couple of days, I've been doing cardio and let me tell you, I can feel it in my muscles the next day lol. Haven't moved this much in a while.

I think I want to set some goals for next month.
1. Lose at least 8 pounds.
2. Limit fast food to no more than once a week.
3. Do cardio workouts at least 4 times a week.

I am determined to get back in shape. My dad told me he thinks I'm too big :(
I appreciate his honesty, but are dads supposed to say that to their daughters? lol. Idk...my friend doesn't think so.

Add some recovery days and weeks into that workout schedule and some training goals around activities you like to do. Research periodization if you want to know more.
