Ha!!!'!!!! Guess who just did 20 minutes of zumba and 5 minutes of the flexi-bar...... Thats right ME!!!!!!!! yayyyyyyyy! Do u know what it was so easy and so so much fun. And just 20 minutes ment that I want to do it again and again. My plan so far and that I AM GOING TO STICK TO is to do 20 minutes a day. It's 20 minutes and doesn't take long to set up I can do it in my own front room. Let's do this... Let's burn this fat. COME ON!!!

20 mins a day is a great target...and whats more adds up to....10 hours a month...say you burn (being on the safe side)700 cals per hour...that's 7,000 cals per month....which is 2 lbs of EXTRA FAT GONE!!!! Like you said...COME ON!!!
