ok so ive been on every fad diet i can think of. ive tried it all. but what ive realized is that the only thing that will take the weight off and keep it off (key point is keeping it off) is hard work. not skipping meals, or poppin a pill. its deading all bad habits and exercise.
Ive always been a chubby girl. even at my smallest of 140 something and a size 6(high school), cuz all the people around me were 120 or less and a size 4 or less lol. im determined to toned size 6. not a chubby size 6.
