I am sooo upset with myself!! I felt like I was doing so well with the my weight loss the first 2-3 weeks that I started this. Over the past couple weeks I know that I have been doing poorly. I have been eating everything and craving sweets! It shows too because I gained back 5 pounds that I have lost. I am determined, but this is so hard! I find it hard to show self control when I am craving something unhealthy even tho I went out and bought healthy snacks. I am really going to try this next week even harder!
