I have to make a choice- delicious food- or feeling better about my body.
I want to feel confidant and sexy- not bulky this summer, and I think losing 20lbs would be a great start to that. :^)

Why not both? Everything I eat is delicious or I wouldn't be able to stick with it.

There's also the option of eating/pigging out every month. It's not what you do in a day, but what you consistently do. Eat more foods with a higher (eek) fat content like nuts, so as to feel full, as well as drinking water beforehand. These aren't the only way of curbing hunger, but it's what I like to do.

I agree with Christinemeowk: delicious food can lead to weight loss as well. Oh! I just saw the name of the person who commented before me: LOVE IT!!! And yes, Bearybeans is right, bacon -- any kind of "good" fat -- will lead to even more weight loss, go for it!
