I keep doing well with drinking water and not having too many snacks or eating at bad times. I need to eat more vegetables which has always been a struggle for me. I looking forward to the summer, as I usually spend more time outside. The key will be to maintain my water intake and to watch what I eat, especially with a hectic schedule. I don't think I have weighed this in probably 10 years or so. Feels really good and feels good that I have kept the weight off and keep chipping away at more weight loss.
