I have 2 keto coffees for breakfast, light lunch with water, cheese, 5 almonds or jerky and 1 main meal a day for dinner. Last night was chicken breast fried in garlic butter with diced courgette and asparagus, tossed in philly cheese and melted brie on fresh spinach, yummy! Its been cold weather here, so I'm drinking lots of 0 cal flavoured herbal teas and chilled water.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
