Okay, maybe I have broken my plateau. First time I've seen 178. anything in a long time. Really decreased caloric intake yesterday and the day before. Gonna try hard to maintain that until I've lost down at least to 175. Great way to celebrate Sunday!
178.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
