Finally back down to where I was when I went off the rails a little over a month ago. Now to break that 190 hurdle. I've been stuck there a long time! The same thing happened when I was trying to break 200. I think scales must have a secret program to stall when they are about to breach a 10-lb increment.

I know what you mean Trackin64 I can't seem to hit the 220 mark, I get close and then it seems the brakes are applied and I slam into a wall, trying to tease myself past it this week. I'n hoping some of your success rubs off on me :)
