Good morning everyone,

ARGHHH, my scales at home weigh less than those at the Slimming world class i joined last night!! so i am now on a back foot.

Has anyone else had any experiences, or give me some tips on slimming world as i have never done it before, and have recently been amazed by several people who i haven't seen for a while who have all lost weight with it.

205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
